2012 Shiraz

Lovely deep purple in colour, blueberry, spices, with hints of pepper, a sweet aroma, soft tannins, this shiraz is a full bodied generous wine. Matured in American Oak barrels for 13 months, minimal wine handling, will cellar for many years to come, drinking well now or till 2020+. Ideally open for 20 minutes or decanter as this allows the wine to breathe, giving maximum bouquet to enjoy our “Saxons Shiraz.”
