2015 Shiraz-Viognier

This is our first limited release of only ‘500’ bottles of our Premium Shiraz 80% blended with Viognier 20%. Matured in new “Missouri Select”American Oak Barrel for 18 months!

Deep purple in colour, carefully and beautifully blended with, with gentle overtones of blackberry and spice,  with a smooth and soft palate. Please enjoy Shaun and Skyes Shiraz-Viognier Blend.

Out entire range of grapes i grown with environmentally friendly, eco-safe biodynamic methods, which activate and nurture both the soil and the vines.

No synthetic pesticide, fungicides, weedicides, fertilisers and unnecessary additives are used during the production of this product.
