2004 Oak Chardonnay
This wine was made from premium Chardonnay grapes grown on our “Eco friendly” Bio-Dynamic estate in NW Victoria. It was approximately 50% barrel fermented and matured in small French and American oak casks, and approximately 50% clean and very cold fermented in stainless steel. This combination adds fruitiness, complexity, richness, and depth of character to this popular style.
