These lentils are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. Red lentils are a great source of protein and iron. Splitting makes them very quick and convenient to cook. Ideal as a nutritious thickener for casseroles, stews and soups.
