Quinoa – White

Quinoa (pronounced keen-wá) is a grain-like seed. Red quinoa has a slightly more fibrous texture and is a little crunchier once cooked. All Quinoa previouslyhas been imported from South and North Americaand has high food miles. Our Quinoa is grown, harvested, cleaned and polished on our farm. The only food miles our Quinoa has is going from our farm to its destination – your plate. Our Quinoa is not washed, heated or dried and has its natural colour, it is full of flavour and has a nutty taste, the leaves are serrated and also have a delicious taste.
