Historic Cockatoo Grove is nestled on a tranquil bend of the Upper Murray River, an Australian Region synonymous with find food and wine production. The Cockatoo olive grove was established in 1996 with 25,000 trees of Italian, and Spanish origin chosen for their fine oil quality. At Cockatoo Grove we use state of the art processing facilities. Olive on our estate are pressed within hours of harvesting to ensure freshness and minimum possible free fatty acid levels. Our unique packaging is not only beautiful it ensures the oil is stored in oxygen free, light free environment. As the internal bag empties it collapses ensuring no air enters the package. This was the oil stays fresh till the very last drop. You will smell and taste the difference.
