Lentils – Split Red

These lentils are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. Red Lentils are a great source of protein and iron. Splitting makes them very quick and convenient to cook. Ideal as a nutritious thickener for casseroles, stews and soups.
