Dried Fruit Medley

Certified Biodynamic summer stone fruits grown on Taralee Orchards are picked fresh by hand, sliced and dried in the Solar Dryer. The varieties of fruits included vary during the season and are likely to include peaches, plums, apricots, pears or apples, nectarines and baked quince. The high quality dried fruits flavour and appearance is preserved through the quick drying process while extending the storage capability.
